Today as we speak
The crows fly low
In an offensive beacon
Their scary beaks playing
havoc at my slumbering senses

I see far away at the forgotten
Lifestyle logos, rustling
memories of first gift, this
and that.

Far and near distances
and haggled, negotiated and
finally dismissed as unfair rates

He smiles from a distance
and I know, here only gestures
matter. We have saved enough
and more for future travels
and safe journey.

After paying
all that money negotiated long back
I turn to the Ganesha, sitting quiet
and plump in office entrance.

No, I dont seek attention,
But if you choose to bind me
in these four walls, I would be forced
to wait for only attention, as I have nothing
else to do.

So, Iam reminded and correlate
all the binding to slumbering senses
and waiting beeps.
Here you go, your day
I hope in bright and
they say learning comes with
patience. I say learning comes with
practice and these places are meant
to relax and if possible kindle all senses
to surreal....life
